Bad design to have your zippers catch the odd material and get jammed! They eventually fail and come off.

I purchased a queen size electric pump mattress that was used once for a 6 year old 42 lbs. It wouldn't hold air I saw it was coming apart in the seam tried to take it back just for an exchange they didn't have one at the store wanted me to drive 22 miles to another store wouldn't give me a refund told me to contact Ozark gave me the number to call turns out it was Walmart.com and they won't do anything but I didn't find that out until a week later after I was told that I would receive a refund by the rep on the phone said he called the store and everything so I waited never received it I call back this week they tell me an entirely doesn't store hung up on me twice and lied just lied on so it's only$50 but just to grow it away I don't have money to just throw away this is such a rip off I hate Walmart seriously the company is so big how about some real customer services, satisfaction and manners would be nice as well. Don't buy from them

Defective Water aerobics foam dumbbells

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ozark Trail - Defective Water aerobics foam dumbbells

Why would you sell a product designed to be used in chlorinated water with metal clips? The clips rust, snap in half, and the end caps come off, causing injury to the user.

I am a professional water aerobics instructor, and I take meticulous care of my equipment. Even with proper care, these lasted four months.

I bought four pairs, and all four pairs are now useless because they don't have an option to purchase replacement end caps. Save your money and buy the name brand.

I purchased this tent last year. It rained while we were camping we came home.

We put the tent up aired it out for two days. Went to check around to see if everything was dry tent was dry. Packed it up. This year I unpacked it to waterproof it since it rained last year.

That it wouldnt leak and to surprised we found mold all in the seams and the tape that they had in there from the manufacturer has come off. Not happy that we spent over $200 on a tent that we can no longer use right now because it has mold in it would love a person from Ozark Trail to contact me immediately.

I bought a smaller Ozark trails coffee Tumber, which is now taking on water and inside between the layers somehow has water. You can see the water coming out where the handle is so I unscrewed the handle.

two photos attached.

Walmart is no help...I was at Walmart today and the tumblers state they have a life warranty on the label. This cup also does not keep anything hot or cold.

Product warranty that I purchased at Walmart is a big jerk around circle

Ozark Trail - Product warranty that I purchased at Walmart is a big jerk around circle

Like I got the runaround like I was ripped off by Walmart. Do not ever buy an extended warranty on anything at Walmart.

I bought an extended warranty on an Ozark Trail bug zapper; now I'm getting the runaround. I'm being ripped off.

It was a waste of money to buy an extended warranty. Beware of their extended warranty rip-off.

Replacement Parts Issues

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Called because tent purchased on auction site was missing rainfly top for Ozark Trail 8 person tent. They do not have replacement rainfly parts.

I would think that is one part that would need replacement, but obviously not. Guess Im returning the tent.

Im bummed cause it is a fantastic tent, put up all by myself. But it needs the rainfly top without its not functional.

Another disappointing Ozark trail product even for Ozark trail standards

Zippers barely lasted over a month on the door; it's wide open, and of course it did it while raining for two straight days. The product was brand new out of the box.

I will never purchase Ozark Trail tents again. I would rather go with Coleman.

Wheel bent from normal use while riding in a paved road. The warranty doesnt say anything about wheels not being covered.

I understand wear items not being covered but this is not a wear item and it is not listed as such.

It is a major component like the frame and fork. It should be covered.
