Ozark Trail

Six months ago I bought a pop up canopy at my local Walmart. I hadnt had a chance to use it yet and I decided this past weekend to finally use it.

First, the bag was showing rust spots which seemed odd but I wasnt too worried about that. Then, the bag refused to unzip so I had to cut it open. Now, I cant use the bag to wheel the canopy at my vendor events. This seemed like a minor inconvenience (I can always buy another bag).

The biggest inconvenience came when I attempted to close the canopy and all the buttons on the legs that make the canopy stand up in three positions, broke.

The legs now all collapse and refuse to stay up high enough to allow people under the tent.

I attempted to return to my local Walmart despite it being outside the 90 day return window and was promptly denied a return.

I called Walmart customer service and was told there was nothing they can do and that Id have to get in touch with Campvalley Global who makes the product. Further, their Ozark Trail products do not have a warranty and its up the manager at each Walmart if they will exchange my product for a new one.

I bought the floating canopy float from Walmart in Duncan Ok. Off highway 81 on June 26th 2024.

Excited to finally have a float for our 2 little girls to sit in with us and float and it has 1 hole in the mess crease and 2 more holes that are just the net separating from the whole float!!! They are 3 and 7 so I know they didn't hit the max weight! They just sat and playing w water toys that are soft. The 3 of the 4 corners are shot.

After not even 1 use. Of course I don't have a receipt because I never dreamed this would happen so fast. Now if this was a month or two after many uses I wouldn't even complain because it would've been used ALOT, but we weren't even able to float down the river (2hr float) before we were going under. It's sad and unfortunate luckily our girls had lifejackets still but this would be way bigger issues with others.

This only my first rant and attempt to allow someone to make this right by us, I have 5 other numbers and emails that are to follow.

I'm not a "Karen" but I am one pissed off mother of 5 who spent over 150$ to try to give my kids some sort of summer fun since everything is too expensive now a days. Ozark trails/Walmart I pray someone there has the common decency to do what's right!

I ordered a tent from Walmart and it was during the winter months this spring when I got ready to use the tent I opened the box and there was no poles well Walmart I can't get a refund because it's over the 90 day I've had the tent but I didn't need to tint I cooked I don't camp out in the winter so that means I couldn't use the tent I didn't open it until this summer so I have a canopy for it with no pose I've been trying since February to get the polls either to get the poles sent to me or to send you the tent to send the tent to you guys to give it back to you and you reverse me for my money or sell me polls or something right now I'm not happy because I'm out of $83 I have something that I paid for that I cannot use and I don't think it's right and I'm about to the point to call the better Business bureau and see if they can help me with this problem
