Got 2 40 oz tumblrs for Christmas, they are great keep drinks cold forever but within the first week the handle on mine fell off. I thought no big deal!
Life time warranty! WRONG. I emailed the day it happened and its been completely ignored. Went to Walmart today to exchange it and they say contact Ozark.
Go home and try to call ozark, only to find out they are owned and operated by Walmart! Then spent 30 mins arguing with a woman about returning the product with a receipt, I wasnt not given one it was a gift from my husband im and I know he doesnt keep them. The product can only be purchased through Walmart. Instead of honoring the lifetime warranty and replacing my product, she INSISTED there was no other way for her to help me other than to process a return which I would need a receipt for.
I got to dig through my husbands bank stuff to find the RIGHT Walmart transaction for it, then EMAILED me the receipt to return it in store. I dont mind returning the product, its the principle of a lifetime warranty being offered on a cup but refusing to because there was no receipt? Lemme keep this four inch piece of paper for a 20$ cup only purchased at Walmart for the rest of my life. It can only be bought from Walmart so whats the difference?
The *** I had to go through to get this cup made me wanna switch to Stanley or Yeti, so thats where the money from the return will go.
To be fair its been since Dec 24th and the other cup that was gifted to my mother is still doing perfectly. Stop wasting your time call Walmart corporate and press them.
- Cup stayed kept ice for over 24hrs when filled full
- Handle busted and my hands are small the cup is not small
Preferred solution: N/A I am getting a return as far as I know ( I have to return to the store later)

Need replacement rainfly
We were on a camping trip last year and I purchased a 12-16 person camping tent and there was no rainfly in the box, I called customer service and the answering machine ca.e on, I left a detailed message on what the issue was and to this date no one has contacted me, my son tried calling and we even went back to the Mayslanding walmart to see if they could help us and they told us that we had to contact the co.pany for a replacement rainfly, so that was help, so I ended up having to buy a tarp to put on the tent in case of rain, so here we are again approaching another camp season and I spent this last week trying to get in touch with someone that can resolve this problem, I also purchased multiple ozark camping items this past week for the upcoming camping season. I really like the Ozark line of camping equipment and it's all I use but if this is how they treat their customers than I'll start buying Coleman camp products.
